Barn Cottage offers open plan living/kitchen/dining area with mezzanine bedroom, offering beautiful views of the Galloway Hills.

A lovely secluded cottage tucked round the back of the courtyard with its own private access road and parking bay. On the first floor is a well furnished bedroom, which has a lovely king size bed and views of the Galloway Hills.  Bedding and towels are provided.

The ground floor consists of a bathroom, with full size bath and overhead shower, and a fully equipped kitchen/diner including: 

Electric Oven/ Hob, microwave, fridge (with freezer compartment) and washing machine.

Additional freezer space and dryer are available in the laundry room.

Wifi should be available in Barn kitchen but is available in the courtyard, also good vodafone signal with 4G.

A comfortably furnished lounge which includes a wood burning stove, 2 leather sofas, flat screen TV and DVD. 

The cottage has storage heating throughout and double glazing. The electric for this cottage is metered, which accepts £1 coins. Depending on time of year, expect to pay £5 - £40/week.

There is a complimentary basket of logs on arrival for the wood burning stove with additional logs available to purchase from the farmhouse.

All guests have access to our facilities including the indoor pool usually open mid April - end of September (pool closed Fridays for maintenance).

Well behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement (£10/dog). Cot and high chair facilities are also available to hire on request.

Parking is available at the front door.
